On Wednesday John Schneiderman will direct his combined IVC/UCI guitar ensembles in a free noontime concert at UCI (in the open-air Trevor amphitheater), and they'll perform again at IVC on Friday evening On Wednesday evening we have a chance to hear something fairly different when GuitarAria (consisting of guitar, assorted other instruments and voice) offer a performance at Cal Poly Pomona as part of their Guitar Festival Then on Friday afternoon USC doctoral student Ricardo Escobar presents his DMA recital (free as always) in LA, and on Saturday evening the OCGC's esteemed ex-Prez Lee Zimmer appears in La Sierra University's Faculty Recital Series in Riverside
