The Guitar Circle's monthly meeting takes place this Saturday at Chapman, it's a wonderful opportunity to meet, mingle with and listen to your fellow members perform

There are several other events this week, the first, as I've already mentioned, will be Ana Vidovic's appearance in Riverside tonight (Monday) which should be stellar Thursday provides an unusual and enlightening evening as the Laguna Beach Film Society screens "Shadows and Light: Joaquin Rodrigo at 90", a 1994 film celebrating the life and career of this musical giant of the twentieth century, and Randy Pile, an authority on - and friend of - the master offers a recital at the pre-screening reception And on Sunday evening the classical guitar faculty at Cal State Northridge will present their Fall recital
