This very busy week begins on Tuesday evening with Pepe Romero's Master Class in Pasadena It continues with three free events on Wednesday, a noontime concert by the LA Youth Orchestra in Pasadena, the Ventura County Classical Guitar Society's monthly meeting in Camarillo featuring guest artist James Edwards, and a concert by Peter Curtis’ Guitar Ensemble at Riverside City College Also on Wednesday evening the wonderful Bill Kanengiser (one fourth of the LAGQ) appears in recital at CSU Fullerton Then on Thursday at Walnut High School Olivia Chiang will perform the Concerto de Aranjuez with the Autumn Serenade Orchestra, and on Saturday evening the American Guitar Society holds its monthly meeting in Valley Glen, free as always

And I've just learned that the LA Guitar Quartet have initiated a Kickstarter project to produce their "New Renaissance" CD, anyone interested can learn more about it here: https://www kickstarter com/projects/lagq/lagq-new-renaissance-cd[message_body]
