Next Saturday is the Orange County Guitar Circle's monthly meeting in Orange, this one a Featured Artist Recital presenting the brilliant Duo 220 (Adam Larison and Andrew Stroud) The duo have been receiving stunning reviews for their performances all over the US and internationally, this is an event not to be missed!

And it's a busy week for classical guitar, beginning Wednesday with Hugo Nogueira and Ekaterina Bessmeltseva offering a free noontime guitar/piano recital in Pasadena, and continuing Thursday evening with the University of Redlands offering a free "Classical Guitar Night" Then on Saturday evening in Valley Glen, LA Valley College with the American Guitar Society offer their "LA's 2019 All Stars" concert (which includes a guitar/saxophone duo), on Sunday afternoon in South Pasadena Almer Imamovic performs with the Girsky String Quartet, and Sunday evening the Chapman Guitar Ensemble under the direction of Daniel DeArakal (Jeff Cogan retired just this past year) offer a free concert in Orange
