Our last members' Showcase Recital of the season will be this Saturday at Chapman, come hear you fellow members perform and make sure your membership is up-to-date And put May 19th on your calendar for our next Featured Artist Recital with the wonderful Martha Masters

Several other events this week, beginning with the guitar faculty of LA Valley College who offer a free lunchtime recital on Wednesday, and that evening Peter Yates (guitar & arpeggione) and Nadia Shpachenko (piano) perform at Cal Poly Pomona (so what exactly is an arpeggione ?) Then on Sunday afternoon the Falla Guitar Trio (which includes the brilliant Adam del Monte) perform in Boyle Heights as part of the Da Camera Society's Chamber Music in Historic Sites series
