The first event on our schedule for this new year is the American Guitar Society's monthly meeting in Valley Glen on Saturday, performers will include Donovan Butez, half of the LA Guitar Duo Then on Sunday afternoon the Vida Guitar Quartet (far from their British home) will perform in Escondido, and again on Monday evening in Redondo Beach (For those of you within shouting distance of Kern County they'll appear once more on Wednesday evening in Ridgecrest, you can find that information on their web site )

And I'll take this opportunity to ask anyone with access to old publications or any documents relating to the early years of the Orange County Guitar Circle, which was founded in 1967, to please contact me I'm collecting old copies of the Rosette, event announcements, reviews and suchlike for our archives, and I'd be happy to scan and return any documents you'd prefer to keep yourself
