Classical Guitar Events
On Thursday evening in Northridge, Syracuse's Ken Meyer and CSUN's Steve Thachuk will perform Castelnuevo-Tedesco's double guitar concerto, a rare opportunity to hear this piece, and on Friday afternoon Christopher Parkening's students offer their free monthly concert in Malibu On Friday, Pepe Romero will offer two free masterclasses at USC, one at 11 AM and the other in the evening with some careful (and marginally legal) driving an enterprising aficionaco could attend all three Friday events ;-) Then on Saturday evening, Juillard/USC graduate Connie Sheu and Peabody/USC graduate adam Petit appear in recital at L A Valley College
